Former Baltimore Ravens Pro Bowl offensive lineman Marshal Yanda is the latest retired football player to lose a ton of weight, dropping 64 pounds in the first four months of his retirement.

While many former athletes struggle with weight gain after their careers, some lose a ton of weight, and in many cases, are now nearly unrecognizable.
