Jim Harmon is a managing partner and a board member at Boyden, one of the top executive-search firms worldwide. Harmon has placed more than 500 executives and board members — including nearly 50 presidents and CEOs — during his 22 years at the firm. In an interview with Business Insider, the leading headhunter said he expected companies to be looking for leaders in digital, supply chains, and human resources after the pandemic.
