A bipartisan Senate bill would create a refundable tax credit for workers unemployed by the coronavirus to pay for training that will be needed as the economy recovers.

Democratic Sens. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota and Cory Booker of New Jersey are headlining the list of original sponsors with Republicans Ben Sasse of Nebraska and Tim Scott of South Carolina.
