Being normal means not adhering to a set norm, rule, principle, or standard and not deviating from it. The sudden and rapid onset of the COVID-19 pandemic has turned our definitions of normal upside down, whether that’s at home, in our communities, in organizations and businesses where we work or any other places and situations we find ourselves to be in.
