Flights are down and some restaurants will never come back, but Steve Hafner, CEO of OpenTable and KAYAK, remains optimistic.  He predicts a near-future filled with road trips and off-hour restaurant reservations.  OpenTable could benefit from the restrictions states have imposed on restaurants as they reopen and restaurateurs have to manage capacity, Hafner said. “Travel and dining are going to come back,” Hafner said. “One of the things I think we’ve learned in the last six weeks or so is the potential of a digital life, and also its limits.
