Kevin McAleenan, the former chief of Homeland Security under Donald Trump, is set to launch an accelerator program to connect tech companies capable of combatting COVID-19 with the US government. Macaleenan’s new firm, Pangiam, has partnered with Dcode, which connects firms working to optimize travel and border control with the federal government.
