Zillow is restarting its iBuyer business with the help of a former US surgeon general. She laid out how the company will get home-flipping up and running safely.

Zillow Offers is resuming acquisitions in four markets today. This was announced two weeks after SoftBank-backed Opendoor said it was resuming some home acquisition as well.  Zillow has hired Obama-era US Surgeon General Dr. Regina Benjamin to advise the company on the safest ways to resume buying, while protecting the company’s clients and employees.  The company will be reducing the number of tours that clients take of its options, increasing the amount of cleaning, and requiring personal protective equipment for all in-person tours.
